However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for and exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at order@vitalityspectrum.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in it’s original packaging, and mail your return to the follow address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- Product must not be opened and in original package.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at order@vitalityspectrum.com.
